I cannot thank Demi from the Aldershot Branch enough, you hear of some horror stories of some estate agents, but this young lady has gone well above and beyond what would be required, she has been totally professional, shown an enormous amount of care and kindness, as I am an older person with disabilities, she has me so much help with the solicitors to the point were she gave me a lift to them as they are out of town, this was just one moment of kindness amongst many other kind gestures she has done for me throughout my sale and purchase. Nothing has been too much trouble, Demi maintained regular contact to ensure I knew what was happening and to put my mind at ease.
