Estate agents generally get dreadful reviews, and there is a good reason for this, most are utterly useless.. why have I given Richard James 5 stars then? Lots of Estate agents forget that they are dealing with business savvy humans who do not prize commission above service. Service is paramount as is attention to detail. From the moment I started dealing with this company I knew that my concerns were part of theirs, they cared about my cares from the outset, and that made me feel wanted as a customer. People buy from people, not companies. They understood what made me tick, because they listened to what was important to me. A rare quality in a sales based organisation. At every turn they were there for me, with great feedback and encouragement right throughout the sale. I never felt uninformed. Regular contact is so important and it was always there. So to simply say thanks, would be somewhat of an insult, but thanks all the same. We shopped the market for an estate agent, and even went to desperate measures in calling for a quote from a purple company! They never did follow up, and we never did hear from them again. I guess you get what you pay for in life hey. If it were possible to give 6 stars, I assure you I would. The team at Rushden are unbelievably professional, and at its pinnacle, in my opinion anyway, is Richard Taylor. An old school, caring sales professional in a much younger body than mine. Thank you...
