The team are amazing at Richard James Rushden, we had a some issues getting our purchase over the line but they never forgot us, they called every Friday without fail ensuring that we were always kept informed of any updates. They were extremely supportive and responsive when we asked them for any help. They always remembered our name and the property we were purchasing and made us feel valued as a customer.
