I would like to thank Richard James estate agents but most importantly Danny for being able to sell my apartment . I had spoken to Danny and someone else from another agents about my options and what I needed from the sale, after a long sales pitch and being told why they are number 1. Offering 10k less and pretty much laughing at the price Richard James had given me, stating I wouldn't be able to sell for that price I decided to go with Richard James they kept me informed the whole time even during lockdown. I was able to sell over the amount I needed with 11k more than the other agents quote. I am extremely happy with the outcome and how quick the process took even with lockdown. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fast sale with no unnecessary hassle and plenty of communication.
