Always get fantastic service from Richard and his team! Bought my latest house through them and the constant communication, sorting out of issues & guidance was second to none. Really wish I would have sold my house with them at the same time, as was disappointed with the service I received from another of the large rushden high street estate agents. Would definitely use Richard James in future. I also use them for rental of my mother's property which has never been vacant & tenants have been very respectable.
