They know the area well and they do their research when providing a valuation. The team were available and responsive, friendly, well informed and ready to provide a view when it was needed. They were flexible - the additional hours that the branch is open in the evenings and weekend compared to other agents meant there were no dead times for viewings or time when I couldn’t speak to someone about how the sale was progressing. Richard and Danny were excellent, working with me every step of the way . Sophia provided well informed viewings and excellent feedback to me. And Hazel was always a friendly, responsive voice on the end of the telephone. I have been so impressed, the team are now managing two other transactions for family based on my experience.
