After experiencing indifferent service from another agent, once we were with Richard James the service was fantastic. The communication was always as agreed; timely and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. They also sold our house quickly in a difficult market. Their advice and support at each stage was brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. They will of course be our first and only choice of estate agent in the future.
