I have to say a huge thank you to Jasmine who went over and above to help resolve a rental payment issue, which happened on the eve of her holiday outside of working hours. She responded to emails, proposed a solution, checked and followed up with the tenant and the payment system. The before 9am on Saturday morning, the first day of her official holiday/time off she checked to ensure payment had been made, and cleared payment on the system for me. This resulted in me being able to meet my mortgage payment on time. Thank you Jasmine I really appreciate what you did for me.
