I was convinced buying a house would age me by at least 10 years, but Jack, Ryan, Luke and Lucy at Richard James West did their best to prove me wrong! Friendly, patient, and somehow always one step ahead. If Carlsberg did estate agents… this would be the team.

Can’t recommend Luke Humphries enough. We’re only at the first stage of having an offer accepted , but Luke has gone above and beyond for us, working out of hours to do viewings with us, constantly kept us updated. Luke isn’t a pushy salesman like most, he listened to everything we wanted. The house we’ve had the offer accepted on, wasn’t one we were considering but luke seemed to think it would suit us and said to view it, so glad we did. Keep up the good work Luke.

I would recommend Richard James to all, from the moment Jack walked through the door it felt right. He's a larger than life personality and totally professional. He'd done his homework and knew more about our house than we did. Every dealing we've had as sellers or buyers has been fantastic. The whole team are wonderful.

Webbs had been helpful in showing us a number of properties that met our requirements. Then when house we bought came back on the market ( previous sale buyers had to pull out as their sale failed) they let us out in an offer before open visiting day. And they supported and gave advice to progress the sale promptly.
