Amazing service

I would thoroughly recommend Charles David Casson and the service they provide. There are numerous employees who I have dealt with over the 12 years and never had a problem that they cant help me with. Everyone seemly has superb communication with one another, as they all pass on messages very well. I feel they all know their clients' needs very well too, making sure they get to know their clients on a more personal level, if thats the relationship you want. I think they have the balance between professional and friendlier level just spot on actually. Which makes me feel my opinion matters! A very excellent team of people who its apparent are there for the landlord as well as the tennant. Thank you!

Emily was really helpful in my experience with her, viewing, applying and the process of letting the new home for my son and I. Dawn was very helpful and patient whilst I was arranging finances. From the first moment I entered Webb's Agents to sell and buy the staff there are amazing, I felt welcomed they explained the process clearly. They were very good at finding and suggesting properties with the situation I was in and took everything into account. When my new place I have now came up for availability they wasted no time notifying me and arranging a view. Once I put my bid in and was excepted was just a waiting game but every step of the way the staff was with me, any question any concern I had they put my mind at ease they were great from start to end right up to the moment I had my keys.
