We went to look at a house that was not quite right for us, but Liz and Nicola, after spending some time with us, showing us around and gauging what we liked and what we didn't, recommended we look at another house they had on their books. With their efficient scheduling and prompt action, Liz and Nicola arranged a viewing for us immediately. The house was a perfect match, leading us to make an offer on the spot and move in just 12 weeks later. From a buyer's point of view, they could not have been more helpful - allowing us access to the house to measure up and get the feel of the place for furniture, etc. - equally and perhaps more importantly, they had a fantastic relationship with the seller so when we asked a question the communication was quick and accurate. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
