Where to begin? Liz and Nicola at the Rugby office of F&C found us our buyer when the previous agent had failed miserably. They secured the sale by being efficient, keeping both us and our buyers up to date at all times, and liaising between solicitors etc. Achieving a sale is usually fraught with uncertainty but both did their utmost to minimise this and to relieve the stress. At all times they were friendly and re-assuring. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough about them and would recommend their services to anybody wishing to buy or sell a house. I'm almost sad it's all over (not really!!).
