The best Estate Agents in town! I honestly can’t fault the service and professionalism provided by Sam Funnell and Claire Heritage of Fine and Country Rugby. From the initial first meeting and market appraisal, I felt that Sam was approachable and incredibly knowledgeable on the local property market. The marketing materials and videos were of exceptional quality and showed our home off to its full potential. All viewings were accompanied and full feedback and follow up provided in a timely manner. Sam and Claire’s advice has been spot on throughout the selling process, and when we ran into difficulties with the sale Sam was always available to reassure and crucially chase up the other parties, when I often was not able to get hold of my solicitor, or anyone else involved.
It was an emotional experience to sell our family home, but Sam and Claire have been very supportive and understanding, and eased the process massively. On a personal level, I felt that Sam and Claire, really cared about us and our family situation. They are friendly and I’m very grateful to have met them.
To those who may think that Estate Agency is expensive, I consider the service I have received to be extremely good value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam and Claire wholeheartedly.
