We are marketing our property through Claire Herritage at fine and country and cannot praise her enough . We have had our sale fall through twice through absolutely no fault of Claire she has been professional throughout the process and extremely helpful , always answers calls /emails and if busy will always respond once free . This is the second property sold through fine and country and I would recommend them , especially Claire , to anyone . The negative review that Claire received from one of our previous potential buyers is totally unjust , he was the problem not Claire . Claire is now going above and beyond to sell our property so hopefully we will soon be able to move on .
