I have been working with Belvior now for 7 years and I can only say that I am so glad that I used this company. Not only did they assist me with buying my property to rent, ( not a big capitalist, just no pension!) but they have managed it from day one. They have kept everything up yo date, ensured that the tenant looks after everything nicely and they send me quarterly reports of the property with photos so I can see that all is well. They charge a fee, of course, but for my peace of mind and for the excellent service they offer, I think every penny is well worth it. I like it that they have linked with traders who can quickly and inexpensively repair and damage of renew anything that needs doing with no hassle for me. A fabulous company. Thank you so much .

I've had my property

I've had my property managed by Belvoir of Rugby since 2006 and they have continually provided a great service. I know that I never have to worry about my property as they are always across any issues - and then deal with everything superbly!

Rosie and the team are not only professional but take all the stress out of letting. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
