Excellent customer service and pro-activity. After contacting Belvoir on a Monday we arranged to meet at our new buy to let property on the Friday afternoon. Wendy was extremely helpful and by Monday she had arranged visits from the cleaners, gas engineer, handy man and decorator to get the property fit for purpose and ready to let. Fast forward a week and Wendy had also found a tenant before the work was completed. Within two weeks of meeting the team at Belvoir the tenant was in, references complete, contracts signed and all required maintenance work done. Excellent proficiency and professionalism.
