Having once been a tenant for Belvoir & now a contractor for Belvoir I can say hand on heart that these guys really do care for their tenants and their landlords. The Rugby branch go above and beyond for their tenants ensuring repairs are dealt with quickly and efficiently, all whilst ensuring the landlords are kept up to date and onboard with all repairs and issues that may be raised. Couldn’t recommend them enough if you are thinking of renting a property through them or if you are thinking of putting you property into their hands the service you will receive is top notch and there’s nothing that is to much trouble for the team which always serve with a smile.
