I phoned Wendy on the Monday morning to inform her of our intention to move home and let the current property out. We provisionally booked a date for Belvoir to come round and view, taking some photos to put on the market. Two days later, on the Wednesday before the formal photos, Wendy phoned to say she has some potential tenants. By the Tuesday of the following week the tenants had viewed and confirmed they liked the property and have now moved in and are very happy. I have dealt with a number of agents in the past but the team at Belvoir, especially Wendy and Zana are by far the most professional and helpful I have ever met.
