I requested a viewing for this property. I answered all the important questions and I am fine, no troubles, more than enough earning than that property request. They told me before viewing face to face, that I must see a youtube video(old, who not reflect the property at this moment). I watched the video and I said yes, I want to view it. And they sent to me the application form for this property , asking me to pay the holding fee and so on. There is no option to view a property before paying. You must rent it straight away(of course you can be rejected by Landlord even if you pay) Does not matter if when you will see it face to face you not like it, no, you already paid for it and if you are accepted, you must rent it or lose the deposit. Even if you manage somehow to get your deposit back, is just a time wasted and money holded by them for a while for no reason. Maybe you not even want the house. Majority of the properties are not like in photo video (from few years ago) and probability is 50/50 a tenant to say yes after face to face viewing. Do not pay for a property what you never have seen and you not sure if is the place you wanted.

Good afternoon Dana and thank you for making contact. I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with our services but I would just like to re-confirm the following as I believe there has been a misunderstanding. As per our response sent to you directly (on email), we will never request payment until you have viewed the property in person and decided that you actually want to proceed. This is clearly stated on the email and has been reiterated to you. Our process is that we ask all interested parties to complete application forms. We then put the details of all interested parties forward to the Landlord so that they can chose the party they provisionally want to progress with. We then book that person in to view the property. Should they like the property, we then request payment of the holding deposit. No money is paid until after a viewing. The reason we operate this way is to avoid block viewings in which there are numerous back-to-back viewings, as this can lead to people travelling to a viewing only to be told that the person who viewed five minutes prior has already applied. We don’t think this is fair on our viewers. We know how fast the market is moving at the moment and we know how stressful it can be for renters during their property search. As such, we’re doing our best to make the application and viewing process as fair as possible. By operating this way it eliminates the competition at the point of viewing, as typically we will only book one party in to view a property and they will have first refusal. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding. If you would like to continue with the application process on any of our properties, then please do complete the forms as sent and we will put your details forward to the landlord.
