Rachel from Preston Baker has exceeded expectations whilst both buying and selling our home through her. She’s gone over and above is getting us the best price and helping negotiate our new property. Fantastic service from Rachel. She kept us informed every step of the way and chased through a very troublesome chain of solicitors. The photos and property listing really showed the house at it's best and created a lot of interest. Having 2 days blocked out for Rachel to conduct viewings worked really well. We cleaned and tidied and went out for a couple of days while and came home to a flurry of offers. Would definitely recommend Preston Baker and Rachel to anyone thinking of putting their house on the market.

I am very happy with my experience with Rachel Landsell who I have worked with to both buy and to sell a property in LS7. Rachel kept me up to date at every stage and was able to go from taking photos of my property in early February 2025 to handing over keys in April 2025.
