Fantastic service from Rachel. She kept us informed every step of the way and chased through a very troublesome chain of solicitors. The photos and property listing really showed the house at it's best and created a lot of interest. Having 2 days blocked out for Rachel to conduct viewings worked really well. We cleaned and tidied and went out for a couple of days while and came home to a flurry of offers. Would definitely recommend Preston Baker and Rachel to anyone thinking of putting their house on the market.
