What an incredible service! at first we were unsure of using Preston Baker as their fees were significantly higher than the other agents in the area. We needed to sell quickly so we gave them a chance. From the beginning they were professional, honest and realistic. The photos and video they took were excellent quality. After their open day, we had 8 offers on our house and over 20 viewings. We sold for well above the asking price, and I would say to anyone in Roundhay/Oakwood don't even think of using another estate agent!
