Called them to book a viewing for a property, they called to cancel the day before. Rescheduled… they cancelled again the day before… rescheduled again, cancelled again the day before. Three times they’ve cancelled, what a waste of time. Ridiculous behaviour from the employees Peter Neal & Jaspreet Bains. Needless to say I wont entertain this sham of an estate agent

I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience having viewings cancelled multiple times is understandably frustrating and not the level of service we aim to deliver.
While we do everything we can to ensure confirmed appointments go ahead as planned, we are sometimes at the mercy of sellers’ changing availability, which can unfortunately lead to short-notice rearrangements.
That said, I’d like to clarify that both Peter Neal and Jaspreet Bains are no longer with Preston Baker. Peter left over 8 months ago and Jaspreet has not been part of our team for some time either. This suggests the incident may have taken place much earlier in the year.
