This process has been a joy thanks to Preston Baker. After seeing a great property in mid June we put in our offer, after a little negotiating our offer was excepted. Raz, who showed us around the property was honest and open, Claire Thornton was a joy to talk to and Sean Sutton who met us for the second viewing was completely professional and helpful, taking notes of all our questions. The worst thing in this process is the 'not knowing' and Preston Baker have included us every step of the way! All in all this experience has been incredible smooth, informative, friendly and has definitely cut out the 'BS' from the buying process.
