Really unhappy with my experience. I’m a property investor with a recently refurbished house looking to rent or sell. Preston baker only have a sales department so I called asking for someone to provide a sales valuation. Because I mentioned at the start of the call I was considering renting the property they refused to come out to view it because they didn’t want to - “waste time”. I then asked if there’s a way around this because I am genuinely in 2 minds, Jack then consulted Jess (the manager) and she offered £99 plus VAT valuation fee to come out and value it!
Really unprofessional, avoid! I’ll be taking my future business elsewhere.
