Gemma Carter did a brilliant job of selling our house from start to finish. When out first buyer dropped out halfway through the process Gemma contacted the other parties who had made offers and had resold it within 24hrs. Then towards the end of the process when the chain was creaking under the strain and looking like collapsing she went above and beyond to make sure we made it through to completion.

She offered reassurance where necessary; provided a great conduit for discussions with our buyer and was able to chivvy along lawyers when needed, which is basically all the time.
