Lee has been exceptionally knowledgeable of the local market, has had fantastic advice for me the whole way through the process and has been a great and fast communicator - he has replied to messages outside what would be deemed working hours. He has been very honest and pragmatic with me and extremely professional throughout. Lee has had to deal with a lot of challenges caused by an uncaring tenant and mismanagement by a letting agent and he has done so with humour and grace.
