Having recently signed a tenancy with Martin & Co Rotherham, where our enquiry and application was handled by Johanna and Lauren, the overall experience has been great and continues to be as we have moved into the property managed by them. The process to enquire about a viewing was straightforward and received reminders/confirmation of our upcoming viewing and we were met by Johanna at the property. Following submitting our application, we received frequent updates from Johanna and Lauren with the status of our application and any guidance as we went through the different stages. Upon being accepted, we continued to receive frequent updates on the property and very shortly after received a move in date. After moving in Johanna, Lauren and other members of the team have continued to provide excellent help and guidance with the very few problems we have faced after moving in.
