Sue and the team at Martin & Co Rotherham have been great with myself and my partner when purchasing our forever home. From the day of submitting our offer in August, they have been hands on to answer any questions we’ve had about the house throughout the process and were great in helping us communicate with the seller to ensure our sale went through smoothly and quickly. We received a house warming package when collecting the keys, and the team had also gotten me and my partner a personalised present for our baby we are expecting in March. We can’t thank them all enough for helping us secure our dream home and making the whole experience special.

We have not used Martin & Co before, but from the outset were very impressed with the people involved. Paul came to the property to give a valuation, talk us through the process and answer our questions in a friendly, professional and supportive way. Martin and Co are a brilliant estate agents. I have had buyers pull out, get awkward and drag for time but Martin and Co have managed this with professionality. I would highly recommend them.

Nice manner, professional but not pushy. Martin & Co, Amazing…fabulous…so glad we came to you!! Definitely recommend for anyone selling a house! They are absolutely fantastic, and make you feel like a friend who they are supporting through the process. Buying a flat they are selling for my elderly mum and so needed to put hers up for sale. Organised 3 local estate agents to come out, as is recommended, and Sue in office put me at ease straight away, especially as not done this for 26 years. About a fortnight ago, Paul came to the property and from the start mum and I were relaxed. He was so lovely, and explained everything about the process in a no pressure, supportive and informative way, even though there was no guarantee we would select him. We knew straight away that we would be happy working with him and Sue. The house went up for sale 10 days ago. We had 10 viewings last weekend, shown around by Paul, numerous offers in on the Monday, and now we have a prospective sale. Sue and Paul, have supported us at every step and are so easy and amazing to work with, keeping us updated with everything, and nothing is ever any trouble to them, even working on their day off to help us get it on the market. Absolute best decision to sell our house, and buy a house with them too.
