Book a view for a house. Place my offer and never get any answer back from them

Lost out on two sales through these subsequently losing out on my dream property because of an unwillingness to guide the person selling to me in the right direction and ,,bending the truth ,, on mortgage offers made to my buyers. End result .Me paying £1500 to my solicitors for nothing .

Really unhappy with their service. Latest issue is that we wish to leave the property before the end of the contract and declared we are happy to pay the penalty fee of £450 for the landlord to find another tenant (property at S62). And that is where everything stopped. We are happy to pay whatever they told us and still they disappeared wasting our time and money. The more time passes the less it makes sense for us. Really bad service and had similar experience of bad service in Birmingham for that company. Update: After pushing to get a response we got a negative response which makes 0 sense. I believe they never actually asked and let the contract run. If we leave at the end of the contract the landlord will pay to find a new person whereas we now offer to pay that for him. Makes 0 sense. 100% they never asked.

Viewed a house one evening and was told to get my offer in by 1700 the next day. The earliest I could call was 1600 due to my work schedule that day which I did but was told that an offer had already been accepted earlier in the day! I specifically asked when final offers needed to be in as I knew I'd need to spend my lunch break calling mortgage advisor then call estate agent straight after work. I also notice other comments saying the same thing how they weren't kept informed and/or told false information. Really poor service made even more disappointing by the fact that I thought they were a reputable company. Avoid at all costs as you will be disappointed and have your time wasted.

Worst estate agency ever . Would give 0 stars if I could . Canceled all plans and requested day off from work, Travelled 45 minutes for a house viewing only to find nobody there as the house was already sold but the agency never bothered to let us know .so unprofessional

Tried to view 5 properties over the past 3 months and not one has been successful, do not respond to emails or answer the phone ..... feel for the people paying them to sell their properties.
