I used Martin & co, Rotherham branch to sell my home in late 2016. Gary moss the agent that dealt with the viewings etc was very professional and gave great advice. My home was on the market for less than 24 hours and sold. Gary had 3/4 viewings arranged within a few hours and the first one to view bought it. Answered every email within a couple of hours, returned any phone calls if she was busy/out of office and got everything set up at a time and date suited to me. Would definitely recommend!
