I was slightly apprehensive about taking on an unknown agency but after a few email exchanges with the founder, Laurence Lai, and a follow up phone call, there was little doubt that they were the agency I needed. Laurence had thoroughly scrutinised where the gaps in the marketing of my property were, he highlighted where we could focus to get maximum exposure for my flat using a combination of old school and new school tools and he assured me he could sell my property. What impressed me most was his enthusiasm, his dynamic approach and his utmost confidence in his team. YOUhome did what they promised and sold my apartment. I am still taken aback at the difference in the experience I had with YOUhome and the previous high street agency. YOUhome and Davide Moi, who took on the sale of my property, acted with the utmost professionalism, integrity and transparency throughout. At no stage did I have to chase for feedback, harass for updates or wonder whether the flat was actually being properly marketed. The process was smooth from start to finish. For Davide Moi, nothing was too much trouble and nothing flustered him. I cannot thank the team at YOUhome enough and I would highly recommend you entrust them with the sale of your home or property.
