I am 100% positive with my feedback for Michael and Beverley at Romford and have no hesitation in recommending them to manage property professionally. Having been treated appallingly by two other letting agents, how refreshing it is to be valued as a customer, and not be ripped off at every possible moment as with my two previous letting agents. Michael and Beverley are very experienced and knowledgeable. They get on with managing and inspecting my property without bothering me which is just how I like it. They are very thorough and ensured I have copies of relevant paperwork, unlike my two previous letting agents. I cannot praise them highly enough.
