Have dealt with Nav and Daren throughout the entirety of our tenancy and been very happy with the service. The move in process was all straight forward and always felt well managed. We moved into a brand new build which was still experiencing a few snagging issues for which the builder wasn't the most helpful but Nav and Daren were always excellent at supporting us to make sure things were looked into. Knowing you can reach them at any time is probably the most reassuring thing as there is nothing more frustrating then when you don't hear anything back from a query. Between them, I'd always get a swift and proactive response. Having rented in London for 5 years, a good agent can make all the difference to the experience and these guys gave us our fondest year in the City ahead of our move back to the Countryside. Highly recommend them.
