Very professional and kept me informed on a regular basis in relation to my property which they were managing on my behalf due to the location of my apartment being in Essex. They are very honest and trustworthy and I had no problems with them managing my apartment (which I have now sold). Any work that needed to be done was conducted professionally with the agents overlooking and checking any work that was contracted at the property. Very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. If I ever buy a property for a future investment in Essex again. I will definitely get Charles Stratton to manage it again.
