Gemma showed me the best mortgage options available for me and gave me the option to choose which one worked well with my circumstances. As a first time buyer I found this very helpful, she ensured to answer all questions I had and made sure I understood everything before signing any documents. This is the second time I have used Balgores to sell a property. Both times have been very successful. I like the way they can see outside the box and realise a properties full potential. The staff are friendly, to the point and eager to achieve the end result at a comfortable pace. Balgores have a great team however I dealt with Charlie in the first instance. Charlie is amazing, understands the local market and is realistic. After the sale we dealt with Louise. Every work place should have a Louise who is on the ball. Obviously works lots of hours to make sure she is on call for any queries that may come up. Louise chases everything that needs chasing and explains everything in a simple way, I credit Louise for the speed that house went through. If I had an estate agents I would be offering both Charlie and Louise a job on a top salary. Needles to say I would definitely use Balgores again. Thank you

Exceptional service from Balgores Romford. Since we met Charlie from the start we knew we were in the right hands. Had some beautiful photos done and ended up achieving 20k above our initial price, which made all the difference to the move. He also dealt with the new estate agent we wanted to buy through and managed to get some money off of that too - unbelievable!Saved us a fortune thanks charlie!
