Balgores Romford are quite frankly the best estate agents I have had the pleasure of working with. My review will be extensive and detailed, but to summarise they are dedicated, hard working, diligent, organised, professional and responsive. We struggled with another agent in finding buyers from June 2022 to January 2023, and their buyer pool and due diligence was very poor. I was in contact with the Balgores Branch Manager, Charlie King, who assured me that he could find me a buyer in under a month. Once our property was listed in February 2023, we had a buyer lined up by mid-month. It was astonishing how amazing the team was, their dedicated buyer pool and how quickly we managed to find someone. Marc De La Cruz helped show buyers around our home, and his knowledge and research into the local area was fantastic. Marketing materials were prepared within a few days and our property was listed on nearly every major known website, and we had potential buyers through our door in droves. Once we progressed with the sale, Balgores has an appointed Sales Progressor, Ms Louise Gibson, who is extremely well connected within Havering, very knowledgable about conveyancing and processes, and quite frankly an absolute powerhouse one woman army, with the ability to stay up to date on all her cases, quick to respond to all her messages and emails, and detailed and thorough in her approach. She stays on top of both buyer/seller’s Solicitors, agents, local authorities in a manner I’ve not ever experienced. Louise is strong willed and unyielding in her almost zealot-like drive to obtaining results, in a professional and polite manner, and I cannot sing her praises enough. Charlie King is down to earth, does not present false luring tactics to ensnare potential customers and is a honest hardworking and reliable branch manager who, along with his wider team, provide a stellar service. The sale of our home could not have proceeded as well as it did without Balgores Romford, and we are eternally grateful to Charlie, Marc, Louise and the wider team.
