Absolutely atrocious in the manner in which they profile a potential customer. I merely wanted a viewing. I was taken through various questions without even being told if the property is available to be viewed. Do I have a deposit? Do I have a mortgage in principle? Can I see your mortgage in principle? How much do you want to spend? What do you do for work? Do you need a garden? Do you need parking? All these questions and yet haven't been even told what time I can view the property in question. I understand the need for probing a customer but you have not yet even addressed my needs of what time can I view the property! I will be sending a posted letter of my experience to the selling vendor to let them know of my experience of these unprofessional individuals. Individual used Covid as a reason for asking this many questions. I do not see how this correlated. Would have been much simpler if you just told me what time it's available then gone into addressing other issues. I can assure you this review will be posted throughout my social media with a follow of 100,000. Estate agents are to make the transition between buyer and seller easier and not throwing spanners between the two. Definitely will not use any balgores unless an apology is issued as a bare minimum. Edit : Got another individual to call and book the viewing no questions were asked I believe it's more to do with the fact that I have an ethnic name hence the intrusive probing. Overall pathetic.
