HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT I wanted to buy my first flat and I’ve chosen one advertised by Bairstow Eves. Apart from scheduling a viewing they didn’t do anything. One month after the viewing I was still waiting for basic documentation from the other side and they weren’t helpful with the communication. 3 months later still nothing happened. I was calling them every day and they promised, they lied that the seller is 100% sure of the sale and they are working on it. A few days later the seller pulled back... I lost 3,5 months and huge amounts of money, but at least I got totally stressed out. They promised me also to send all the available flats to choose another one and go with that. Well, I still haven’t got that email... Real estate agencys should keep in touch with both solicitors, vendor and buyer to make sure everything is going how it should be. They don’t do anything apart from taking 2 pictures, write 4 lines and charge the seller after the purchase. I literally GOT SCAMMED. I honestly regret that I started dealing with them. 1 star is literally 1 star more than they deserve. Buying or selling, I would highly recommend you to avoid this office and go with Haart or Purplebricks instead...
