UNPROFESSIONAL ** UPDATE SOLD WITH NEW AGENT IN 10 DAYS ** Their sales pitch is perfect, unfortunately their service is not! Do not work for the vendor! Just want a quick, easy sale doing no work! We were told they had clients suitable for our house, they didn't! The only thing they do is ask you to lower the price, no work done on their side to encourage a sale. We had to ask for it to be put in the shop window & ask for better pictures. They are not flexible for viewings to suit the needs of viewer, dont work adter 5pm when most want to view, just expect you to do it. They didn't fully look into viewers positions before allowing a viewing to go ahead as requested. PLEASE READ THE SMALL PRINT, THEY TIE YOU IN FOR 6 MONTHS AND THEN YOU HAVE TO GIVE 28 DAYS NOTICE. Also we experienced them being unprofessional, thinking they had put the phone down they continued to talk about us, laughing that they had lied about getting feedback for us when they hadn't. NEVER AGAIN AND WE DONT RECOMMEND! UPDATE- THE MANAGER DID CALL TO APOLOGIE FOR THE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE WE RECEIVED FOR OVER 6 MONTHS. WE MOVED TO A NEW AGENT AND HAD LOTS INTEREST, HAD VIEWINGS & SOLD IN 10 DAYS!
