We were really impressed with how quickly Martin & Co were able to come out to value our house and list it, with the listing including a 3D virtual tour and video (really useful tools in our opinion for filtering out viewers a property would not be suitable for). Phil managed viewings whilst we were away on holiday and personally kept us fully up to date. We accepted an offer whilst we were away (within a week of listing our house!) and the communication between us and Martin & Co was seamless! Feedback from viewings was uploaded instantly online which was great. Abby and Cerys patiently answered the hundreds of questions we had every time we telephoned and were a pleasure to deal with. Cannot recommend Martin and Co more highly for a house sale. After an abysmal time with a previous estate agents where our house sold and fell through three times due to the buyers not being tied in when they had theirs offers accepted - to come to Martin and Co who had a none refundable deposit when you make an offer was absolutely brilliant. From our first phone call with Abby, first meeting with Phil (where he actually helped us move things out of each room for the photos) to then dealing with Cerys too it's just been a pleasure. Our sale did not go smoothly but to have Cerys and Abby behind us fighting our corner was brilliant. Our pictures for Rightmove were great and listing was updated if we needed it to be which really helped our property to sell within a week. Their professionalism (and sense of humour!) has been fantastic throughout and we cannot recommend them more highly.
