Had a problem with washer dryer. Comms were fast and frequent. Issue sorted within a week.

Excellent service, no issue is to great, leave them to it & they will sort it. Great communication skills. Dealt mainly with Andrea & Ben, who are knowledgeable communicators, but the other staff are equally on the ball.

I was nervous at first as it was first time iv ever rented my own place so I didn't know the process or anything. Had impression of letting agents being miserable and bossy but I was wrong. From them moment I walked into martin and co rochdale office I was greeted and welcomed by all the staff with big smiles. They couldn't of been more helpful. Abbey as been dealing with my rental I have to say she is an asset to your company. She has answered any queries iv had and dealt with in a timely manner, can always have a banter with her whilst remaining professional. I'd never rented before and therefore was quite nervous to begin but the staff here have been nothing but helpful and polite. The process to begin renting with you was not full of pressure and worries. And when visits are taking place, the staff are friendly and respect your space.
