About a year ago Martin & Co bought out the letting agent I was with for over a decade. Both myself & my Dad have rental properties and have always let via an agent - however the experience with Oliver and Ben at Martin & Co has opened our eyes to a different level of service beyond what I have ever experienced ! - I find Ben and Oliver not only offer efficent management of the properties - but always have the landlords interest above everything else in providing compliant rental accommodation. Recently a flat became vacant and this was let within a week 👍 and the tenant also happens to be the nicest person ever. As a tenant of a property managed by Martin and Co I would like to commend Ben (Lettings Manager on the swift resolution of my boiler issue. I reported the issue by email. I was contacted almost immediately by Ben and the problem was fully resolved by the contractor that was organised by 10 am, less than 2 hours from Ben's initial response. Excellent service.
