They merely were advising that in their opinion your property had been overvalued, which would likely result in it sticking on the market and you not achieving a timely sale. Hi Asmara, I have listened to yesterday's call recording between yourself and my colleague Ben. At no point was Ben disrespectful, he was friendly and helpful at all times. As part of our qualifiation process he asked you questions relating to who would be living in the property. Based on the landlords letting criteria and given the size of the second bedroom he deemed it to be too small for your family and declined a viewing for you, as this would have wasted your, our and the landlords time. We would be happy to discuss more suitable rental properties with you in the future as they become available. Given the above we feel your 1* review to be an unfair reflection on our company and the service we provide and so would be greatful if you would remove it. Kind regards, Martin & Co

Hi Hoyin, Cerys spoke with you on Saturday to discuss your 1* review received on the 15/11, as she believed it was unfair. I have investigated and found that you attended a viewing of a property with other potential tenants on the 4/11 at 4pm. Although you verbally stated you wished to go ahead, as you had not signed the pre application pack emailed to you, we were unable to do so. You also asked during the viewing for a reduction in the rent, which would need to be authorised. Cerys advised that we would submit your offer, but that it was unlikely to be accepted as there had been a high level of interest in the property. You called at 11am on the 5/11 (having still not signed the pre application pack) to enquire if your offer had been accepted. Cerys advised you that another offer had been accepted and a signed pre application pack, terms of business, ID and holding deposit received. You then offered to pay a higher rent and were advised that we could not renege on the current applicant, but would give you first refusal if they failed credit checks or withdrew. We are certain that if you were to reflect, you too would find that we did nothing wrong and would therefore appreciate it if you would remove this review. Best regards, Martin & Co

We have over 190 owner managed offices throughout the UK and judging by your other reviews, you appear to be South Manchester based? Perhaps our Stockport, Chorlton of City Centre office were the intended recipient of your review? I can assure you as a qualified, ARLA licensed letting agent, established in Rochdale 14 years ago, we are not "inexperienced" and we most certainly do not charge for "ridiculous things".
