One of the worst estate agency experiences I have ever had!!! I purchased a property through keenans and from the minute I offered until completion was a complete nightmare! I wasnt given chance to increase my offer told my offer had been put forward to the owner which it wasnt. If i hadnt of knocked on and negotiated the offer myself then the owner would have been non the wiser. I would avoid at all costs. I was constantly lied too by Cree in their sales progression department found her rude and abrupt and the lack of communication was appallin.
