Breath of fresh air!

My partner and I have had some memorable experiences with previous estate agents, not all of them positive. However, Charlotte made our letting process easy! She is very easy to talk to, professional, and aims to make the whole experience memorable. We had 4 viewings with her on one day, but she made this run so smooth, she gave us all the relavent information about the properties and showed us where everything was, for example the meters. She gave us her professional opinion on the properties on what best suited us on the conversation we'd been having with her to and from properties. The whole experience with Moginie James was great from booking viewings to the paperwork that everyone dreads! The other members of staff at the premises are equally as great, they offer help best they can when we were unable to speak to Charlotte and helped us with any worries or concerns we were having with our secured property. I would highly recommend Moginie James. Best, and easiest experience yet.

Polite, helpful, friendly and patient

I work in customer service and it was a pleasure to deal with a company of people who all seem to share my ethos – friendly and approachable, backed up by solid professionalism. I'm a first time buyer and they were very patient with me while I dithered and mixed things up. 10/10 would buy again!

Excellent service

The staff at Roath branch of Moginie James are helpful, friendly and professional. I was impressed with Luke who completed my house evaluation and decided to choose Moginie James to undertake the sale of my property. During the process I had personal difficulties and the staff were understanding. The level of communication from all of the sale staff and front of house staff I have spoken with has been excellent. I would highly recommend Moginie James and would certainly use their services in the future.
