Have viewed and signed for two tenancies through Charlotte and she's been great both times :). Although when going to pick up keys for our most recent property the other agent wasnt very well prepared and had taken the wrong amount of money from my account meaning we had to travel back to the old property to get new card details. Slightly inconvenient on moving day.
