We originally contacted Robsons for advice about whether we should make changes to our house, stick or look at selling. We couldn’t have had a more helpful, less pressurised visit from Matt Gooder who didn’t tell us to sell. He was informative about the local market, the value ceiling for our house and what not to do. And he’s pleasant to deal with. We were ready to stick for the time being, when Matt contacted us about a perfect house nearby which we are moving into next week! It’s not been an easy process (when is it…?) and Matt’s communication, drive to get all parties in line and solve problems has been outstanding. He’s worked hard to keep all parties happy and it definitely wouldn’t have happened without him. I’d recommend Matt personally - it’s no wonder you see so many Robsons boards around the area.
