Like many during the pandemic our home felt smaller than ever and decided to make a change. We had a number of real estate agents come by our previous property to provide a valuation, overview of their services, and general information. Nick Walker who is now at the Chorleywood Robsons office came over. We clicked, he was honest, priced the property for what it was worth, rather than to move it quickly like some local agents. It was not an easy sale due to the pandemic. Many variables due to the pandemic were involved, which drew out the process. Robson's always rallied around an open house and getting viewings. We always had 10+ viewings during the open house and we sold it from that open house. Robsons never complianed, always saw the variables as a bump in the road, and that was due to open and honest communication. Shortly after finding the property we were always looking for and selling ours Steve Rosenthal took the lead over our property sale, when Nick moved to Chorleywood. The open and honest communication continued and we worked very collaboratively. I cannot reccomend Robson's more. Very professional, great communication, supportive, and fundamentally try to make things move/happen.
