We were very sceptical to go with a bigger chain estate agent like Robsons but I shouldn’t have worried. During the whole process of selling our house, Robsons were fantastic and we genuinely felt like we were their only clients at times, they put aside so much time and effort just for us and we felt like we had a personal service from them throughout. Despite them clearly being very busy, they constantly communicated with us and were always at the end of the phone or there in person to explain things and make sure the sale went smoothly. We mainly dealt with Matt Gooder who was professional and helpful throughout and always followed through with any promises made. He continuously went above and beyond and we couldn’t have asked or expected anything more from him. Special mention also to Sandra and the rest of the team, who alongside Matt made the whole moving process stress free. We have had nightmare experiences with estate agents before but wouldn’t even dream of using anyone else to sell our house if we move again.
